Tai Chi for Arthritis is a simplified form of the Sun Style 73 Competition Form
Tai Chi for Osteoporosis and Tai Chi for Diabetes forms both incorporate Yang style and Sun Style
Tai Chi for Energy contains slow and fast movements of Chen style and the powerful Qi gong of Sun style
More experienced participants may like to progress to the intermediate forms such as Sun 73 forms, Yang 24 forms or Chen 36 forms.
