Beginners Class:- Thursday 10am - 11am This class is suitable for all. The main focus is on improving health and general wellbeing - with a focus on breathing and balance. Tai Chi for Arthritis is the main form taught.

Improvers Class - Thursday 11am - 12noon This class is suitable for active older adults. The main focus is on improving knowledge and understanding of tai chi - flexibility, strength and balance. Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Osteopporosis and Tai Chi for Diabetes are the main forms taught.
£2 per classIntermediate Class:- Thursday 12pm - 1pm
This class is suitable for active older adults who have learned Tai Chi for Health forms and wish to learn other forms. The focus is on improving skills and understanding of the principles of tai chi.
Sun Style 73 Class:- Thursday 5.00pm - 6.00pm
This class is suitable for those who wish to progress from Tai Chi for Arthritis and improve their skills and understanding of Tai Chi.
