Beginners Class:- Thursday 10am - 11am                                                                 This class is suitable for active older adults. The main focus is on improving flexibility, strength and balance. Tai Chi for Arthritis is the main form taught.

Intermediate Class:- Thursday 11am - 12pm
This class is suitable for active older adults who have learned Tai Chi for Arthritis and other forms from the Tai Chi for Health programme. The focus is on improving skills and understanding.

:- Thursday 5.00pm  - 6.00pm
This class is suitable for all ages and abilities who wish to learn and practise Tai Chi for Health and improve their skills and understanding of Tai Chi.

NEW CLASS - YANG STYLE
Beginners and Intermediate :-Thursday 6 - 7pm
This class is suitable for active people of all ages who wish to develop their tai chi skills through standardised Yang style forms. Teaching will be structured, introducing one move at a time.
