Classes are tailored to suit a variety of ages and abilities

As a gentle health giving exercise or with a more in depth and physically active approach.

  • Participants are encouraged to work within their own comfort zone
  • Loose comfortable clothing and flat  shoes are recommended

Lessons last for approximately one hour

 The normal lesson format is -

  • A carefully structured warm up
  • Learning the movements of the form and practising them in sequence
  • Other aspects of Tai Chi as appropriate to the class
  • A gentle cool down

Although Tai Chi for Health classes are suitable for almost everyone, if you have any health concerns please consult your doctor before enrolling on a class.
